Marc-André Déry is a biology teacher at Cégep de Trois-Rivières and a researcher at Innofibre. He holds a Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology. He is a researcher currently funded by FRQNT (college research programme (lead researcher) and Projets de recherche en équipe (co-researcher), 2020). The nature of his research work is mainly in the field of environmental technologies (phycotechnology, mycotechnology, microbial enzymes, etc.). As a researcher at Innofibre, he also contributes to other partnership projects where biotechnology expertise is required.
