Annabelle St-Pierre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Over the course of her academic and professional career, Annabelle has developed an expertise in plant extractives with the objective of adding value to residual biomass. She is interested in the biological activity of specialized metabolites for the development of new ingredients in the cosmeceutical, therapeutic, nutraceutical, health, and other fields.
